About the Role

Join our fast-paced team as a Business Development Representative with a hunter mentality. You will play a key role in building strong client relationships and driving business growth by generating new business, expanding market share, and building revenue pipelines. This field-based, remote role involves up to 75% travel within your territory to identify, engage, and secure new clients through property visits, outbound prospecting, and networking.

You will serve as the face of MultiPro, educating clients on our full suite of make-ready, repair, maintenance, and property improvement services, as well as Valet Living capabilities. Success in this role requires a self-starter with a competitive mindset who is ready to hustle, hunt, and close deals while collaborating with operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
