As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping customer relationships and driving business growth. This position is designed for those ready to build relationships, drive sales, and make a meaningful impact in the foodservice industry. You will be the customer champion, owning and nurturing relationships within a team-based selling model. Your day-to-day involves educating customers on ordering platforms, providing menu consultations, and offering product recommendations and pricing strategies to help them succeed.
You will drive sales success by delivering impactful presentations tailored to individual customers, increasing case growth, and acquiring new business. The role requires you to stay on the move, driving your personal motor vehicle to conduct regular check-ins, site visits, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. You will work collaboratively with Specialists, marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure seamless product delivery and resolve any delivery issues that arise.
