As a Business Development Associate, you will serve as an enthusiastic and professional Brand Ambassador for DB&A. Your primary mission is to generate and acquire new business by initiating dialogue with Senior Executives across various industries within Fortune 500 companies. You will introduce our DB&A business model and consulting services, articulating the value of professional services to C-level executives. In this capacity, you will strategically schedule business meetings for Regional Vice Presidents of Sales in specific territories, acting as a vital link between our consulting expertise and high-level decision-makers.

This is a full-time position based at our corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas. We offer flexible start times and three available shifts, with no weekend requirements. Half-days are available on Tuesdays and Fridays. To join our team, candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of inside sales experience in a high-volume environment and documented B2B sales expertise. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, are essential for success in this role.
