As a Business Development Tech Executive within the Staples Technology Solutions (STS) organization, you will drive revenue growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. Your primary mission is to prospect, qualify, and close new customer accounts, positioning Staples Technology Solutions as the preferred partner for decision-makers and influencers in IT and Procurement departments.
This role focuses on the aggressive pursuit of targeted Enterprise accounts within designated territories. You will execute total sales strategies to move prospects into active opportunities, leveraging deep research to engage in consultative conversations. Success in this position requires a relentless hunter mentality combined with a collaborative nature, allowing you to effectively partner with Key Account Managers and other sales teams to secure broader contractual relationships.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, navigating complex sales cycles to match customer needs with state-of-the-art technology solutions. This involves not only individual prospecting but also working effectively in team-selling situations to deliver comprehensive solutions that benefit customers, partners, and Staples.
This is a remote position with a regional focus, supporting customers in Colorado, Utah, Washington, Idaho, and Nebraska. While the role is primarily home-based, candidates must reside within or adjacent to this region.

Strong understanding of the IT industry with the ability to recognize, follow, and speak to industry trends.
