This position is based out of FM's Los Angeles (Woodland Hills) office and serves as a vital growth engine for our well-established operations in the region. You will be responsible for soliciting and producing new clients by maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities through effective prospect outreach and funnel management. The role requires developing strong relationships with prospects, brokers, consultants, and insurance professionals throughout the industry and local marketplace.
In this capacity, you will collaborate with and lead client service teams to deliver client-centric proposals that clearly articulate the value of doing business with FM. You will act as a subject matter expert, building FM's brand and market expertise by actively participating in meetings, conferences, and industry-related functions. This position is open to two levels: S15 – Business Development Executive and S17 – Senior Business Development Executive. The final title and grade level will be determined once a finalist is selected. The final salary offer will vary based on individual education, skills, and experience.
