You will serve as a key driver for FM's well-established Los Angeles Operations, tasked with soliciting and producing new clients. This role is designed to maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities through effective prospect outreach, funnel management, and strategic calling activities. You will develop strong relationships with prospects, brokers, consultants, and insurance professionals throughout the industry and local marketplace.
In this position, you will collaborate with and lead client service teams to deliver client-centric proposals that clearly articulate the value of doing business with FM. Your day-to-day will involve understanding the unique business needs of prospective clients, crafting sales journeys with internal and external stakeholders, and utilizing whiteboarding techniques to identify critical prospect needs. You will act as a subject matter expert, building FM's brand and market expertise by participating in industry meetings, conferences, and functions while keeping abreast of competitor products and services.
This position is based out of FM's Los Angeles (Woodland Hills) office in California. Periodic domestic travel throughout the southwest is required to support business development activities.
