FM Intellium is FM's recently established, data-driven business unit. In this role, you will solicit and develop new data center clients, building and sustaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities through effective prospect outreach, funnel management, and disciplined calling activities. You will partner closely with the New Business Manager to execute the FM Intellium sales strategy, including targeted broker engagement, industry conferences, and thought leadership panel participation. Your mission is to understand the unique business needs of prospective clients and craft client-centric proposals that articulate FM's value proposition, linking specific needs with our services to drive high-success-rate wins.
This position can be based out of any of FM's Corporate offices in the Eastern Region. Travel throughout the US is required approximately 50% annually to support prospect engagement and industry presence.
This position is open to hiring at one of two levels: S15 (Business Development Executive) or S17 (Senior Business Development Executive). The final grade and title will be determined by hiring leadership based on an evaluation of the finalist's skills and other qualifying factors.
