As a Business Banking Specialist within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Louisville, KY at the Tymberwood Branch. This role is designed to acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under $2MM in sales revenue. You will serve as a proactive lead generator and a collaborative partner to a wide range of ecosystem partners, delivering a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
In this position, you will act as a point of contact for clients, leveraging advanced conversation skills to tailor solutions that meet their holistic needs, including deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing. You will work closely with the Branch Manager and Business Banker to identify opportunities, manage risk through adherence to policies, and ensure efficient branch operations.
