About the Role
We are seeking a Member Service Representative II (MSR II) for our Manitowoc Branch to serve as a trusted advisor. In this role, you will be more than just a transaction processor; you will be a confident and engaged team member who actively contributes to a sales environment focused on closing deals that benefit the member or referring them to the appropriate specialist.
As an MSR II, you will demonstrate exceptional service and sales skills, taking personal responsibility for outstanding member service. Your day will involve determining membership eligibility, opening and closing accounts and loans, and processing inquiries with efficiency and accuracy. You will educate members on alternative delivery channels, such as mobile banking and ATMs, while utilizing our CRM systems to document interactions.
You will be expected to minimize risk through sound judgment and strict adherence to compliance, laws, and security measures. Protecting member data and maintaining confidentiality are paramount. You will also play a key role in cultivating community awareness by volunteering and participating in events on behalf of the credit union, promoting the benefits of membership within the local area.
