As an Install Base Account Executive, you will play a critical role in maintaining and growing our relationships with existing clients. This position is designed for a future leader ready to build out the install base function from the ground up. You will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, negotiate renewals, and ensure customer satisfaction to drive revenue growth.
You will serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations, nurturing strong relationships within your assigned territory. Your day-to-day involves understanding client needs, proactively engaging with them to ensure they derive maximum value from our solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to advocate for customer needs. Ideally, you are someone who can help grow revenue while simultaneously establishing the framework for a new sales team function.
