The Northrop Grumman Defense Systems Sector Global C2 Solutions Business Unit is seeking Business Operations Leads to support business areas within a given Operating Unit. There are two available positions, both based in Huntsville, AL.
The primary objective of this position is to support the Business Area (BA) in the successful execution of cost, schedule, and technical performance in the delivery of products and services to the customer. Reporting to the BU Chief of Staff within the Business Operations and Strategic Growth organization, you will serve as the Operations Lead for the BA Manager/Director. In this capacity, you will manage and oversee critical functions including BA operations management, program execution, external coordination, organization and manpower staffing, and program planning. You will also lead special projects, prepare executive-level briefings, and promote operational efficiency to elevate BA and Operating Unit performance.

Active DoD Secret Clearance investigated within the last 5 years. Program management or agile project management experience. Knowledge of company and sector operations, policies, procedures and principles of operating practices. Lean or agile trained/certified.

Education: Bachelor's Degree with 5 or 8 years experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree; Master's degree with 3 or 6 years experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
