ManTech International is seeking a Knowledge Manager to support our Defense & Aerospace programs within the IT & Data Management team. About the Role
You will serve as the architect of our knowledge ecosystem, designing and maintaining the frameworks, taxonomies, and repositories that underpin our information strategy. This role exists to bridge the gap between complex technical data and actionable insights, ensuring that cybersecurity, engineering, and operations stakeholders can share information compliantly and efficiently. Your day-to-day involves optimizing search capabilities, governing content lifecycles, and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing that supports auditability and reuse.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this role will be evaluated on their ability to design secure knowledge frameworks and their understanding of defense sector compliance. The process includes a review of your experience with information architecture and security principles, followed by discussions on your approach to stakeholder management and change adoption.

- check_circleMonitor KM system performance, usage analytics, and continuous improvement opportunities
- check_circleEnsure compliance with security, privacy, and records management requirements
- check_circleDocument KM processes, standards, and workflows for auditability and reuse
- check_circleSupport change management and adoption of new KM capabilities and technologies
