About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Reporting/Analytics Consultant to join our team and enhance a client's existing systems into a unified solution. This initiative focuses on integrating a centralized database system to eliminate duplicate and redundant data, thereby improving the tracking, regulation, and compliance of licensing and laboratory activities.
In this role, you will help streamline services for consumers and support robust reporting capabilities, including real-time tracking of applicant and licensee performance, trend analysis to inform policy development, and data-driven adjustments to business processes. Your work will strengthen client oversight by increasing operational efficiency, supporting evidence-based decision-making, improving customer service, and accelerating regulatory responsiveness.
You will be an integral part of the Technical Team, managing reporting requirements, improving enterprise reporting frameworks, and designing Business Intelligence reports and dashboards. The position involves ensuring timely report creation, defining best practices for report development, and providing the data and technology support necessary to meet business objectives.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree (or 5 years experience substitution)
- verified5+ years data analyst or quantitative analysis experience

- verified2+ years Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Looker, Data Studio) experience
- verifiedGoogle Cloud Data Engineer or Analytics certification
- verified1+ years Accela Civic Platform or Accela licensing and enforcement modules experience
Nice to Have
Experience working with data from COTS platforms (e.g., Accela) and integrated systems. Experience designing dashboards for regulatory, compliance, or enforcement reporting. Possession of any SQL / data visualization credentials.
