Data Engineer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Data Engineer to support clinical trial data operations over a 12+ month contract. This role is designed to bridge the gap between raw data and actionable insights, ensuring data quality across both structured and unstructured sources. You will work remotely on PST hours, collaborating with a diverse team of clinical, biostatistics, regulatory, and R&D stakeholders to support analytics and AI/ML model pipelines.

In this position, you will program SAS edit checks and macros, build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines, and apply database administration skills to resolve data issues. The role requires a collaborative approach, working alongside data scientists and analysts to develop robust data systems that are scalable, reliable, and secure.
