About the Role

Boley Centers is seeking a full-time Data & I.T. System Analyst to oversee all CFBHN / Florida behavioral health state data reporting and advance the organization's enterprise data analytics and KPI infrastructure. Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, this role serves as the internal subject-matter expert for state reporting accuracy, data integrity, and performance measurement.

You will work in close collaboration with the SAS EHR team, Accounting and Finance, Clinical Leadership, and Executive Leadership. Your mission is to ensure that data captured in the electronic health record is accurate, compliant, and aligned with billing, audits, and strategic decision-making. This position plays a critical function in protecting organizational revenue, ensuring regulatory compliance, and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that support operational excellence and organizational sustainability.

Work Environment

This position is an onsite-only role located in Pinellas County, Florida.
