PM/BA Role

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager and Business Analyst to drive business analysis and Agile delivery for our Risk Technology team. In this role, you will partner closely with developers and end-users to translate complex risk and capital markets requirements into high-quality, compliant solutions. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of Risk Technology projects, managing requirements, planning, and delivery outcomes while championing Agile practices to refine processes and keep delivery on track.

Team Context

Our team operates within a global environment, working with distributed, cross-time-zone teams to support critical capital markets functions. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to educate them on Agile methodologies and provide clear reporting on status, productivity, and data exceptions. The role is pivotal in maintaining end-to-end traceability for management, audit, and regulatory needs, ensuring our solutions meet the rigorous standards of the financial sector.

Hiring Process

Candidates selected for this role will undergo a multi-stage interview process designed to assess both technical expertise and cultural fit. The process typically includes an initial screening to verify experience with Agile, cloud-based projects, and capital markets products, followed by a deeper technical discussion on data validation, SQL, and risk management concepts.
