Key Responsibilities

- check_circleParticipate in Agile ceremonies and manage user stories across project lifecycles
- check_circlePerform data analysis, reporting, and contribute to business intelligence initiatives
- check_circleSupport preparation of RFPs, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI assessments
- check_circleAssist in ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards
- check_circleCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy reporting tools and solutions
- check_circleProvide knowledge transfer and documentation to ensure continuity of solutions
Requirements
- verifiedMinimum 16 years of overall Business Analyst experience
- verifiedAt least 7 years of experience in business process analysis, requirements elicitation, and documentation with process modeling
- verifiedMinimum 5 years of experience working in Agile environments managing user stories
- verifiedAt least 2 years of experience working with senior leadership to facilitate strategy discussions and decision-making
- verifiedMinimum 2 years of experience supporting contractual agreements such as statements of work
- verifiedAt least 2 years of experience implementing IT solutions for public-facing environments
- verifiedMinimum 1 year of experience working within regulated programs (state or federal compliance)
