About the Team

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) delivers high-impact, technical solutions to complex national security issues. The Joint, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Interagency Division (JOID) provides expert support services to a range of customers spanning across the Department of Defense, Federal Civilian, and international markets. SPA's NATO Allied Command Transformation Group within JOID provides capability development, portfolio management, program management, quality management, cost estimation analysis, standardization, reporting, software solutions, and information management support. We also provide an improved capability requirements capture process, including the generation, documentation, and tracing of user requirements with appropriate technical scrutiny over the entire lifecycle of the requirements from capability definition through capability realization and capability usage.

About the Role

We have an immediate need for a Requirements Manager to provide onsite support out of Norfolk, VA. In this role, you will work collaboratively with NATO Stakeholders to support the CR Branch in ACT. You will be responsible for taking complex, technical information and translating it into an easily understandable format for both technical and non-technical personnel.

You will support the CR Branch regarding the elicitation, capture, and management of capability requirements. Your day-to-day will involve assisting with requirements analysis and documentation for large complex programs, preparing formal and informal documents in compliance with internal NATO ACT procedures, and leading requirements elicitation workshops. You will establish and maintain excellent internal and external customer relations at all levels of the organization while producing high-quality requirements that meet applicable standards and are appropriate for intended audiences and wide-spread publication.
