Aerodyne Industries Careers is seeking an EA Technical Integration Engineer to support critical Defense & Aerospace programs within our Engineering & Design department. In this mission-driven role, you will integrate complex enterprise and mission systems, ensuring interoperability, cybersecurity, and reliability for NASA and government customers. You will operate within a mid-sized environment focused on integrity, safety, and innovation, directly supporting national space and defense initiatives.
Your work will bridge the gap between technical requirements and operational reality. You will analyze and decompose technical integration needs, designing and maintaining interface control documents (ICDs), data flows, and integration architectures. A significant portion of your time will be spent collaborating with systems engineering, IT, cybersecurity, and mission operations teams to troubleshoot complex integration issues across hardware, software, and networks. You will also lead the planning and execution of integration and verification/validation (IV&V) tests, ensuring all systems meet rigorous government standards before deployment.
Candidates must be eligible for a DoD Secret security clearance or higher. The selection process involves a review of technical qualifications, including experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and enterprise architecture concepts, followed by interviews focused on systems integration capabilities and cultural fit within our safety-first environment.
