The Command and Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) team at Lockheed Martin is dedicated to engineering, developing, and integrating new capabilities for the Missile Defense System that protects the United States and its allies. While part of a large organization, we operate within smaller, agile teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Our national team supports the design, development, testing, integration, and fielding of hardware and software elements essential for the effective operation of the Missile Defense System (MDS).
In this vital role, you will leverage your Assessment & Authorization (A&A) background to analyze ACAS/SCC/ConfigOS scans and controls for continuous system authorization. You will collaborate with C2BMC and external stakeholders to assess system vulnerabilities, provide account management, and generate engineering responses for system POA&Ms. The position involves conducting risk analysis for Risk Acceptance Requests (RARs) and identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance workflow efficiencies and the system's cybersecurity posture. You will have opportunities to interface directly with key customers, including the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).
You will work alongside a talented team of technical professionals, including software and systems engineers, architects, and project engineering teams, at our Federal Drive location in the northern part of Colorado Springs. Enjoy the beautiful mountain backdrop and 300 days of sunshine, with opportunities for winter sports even in May. The work is performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The role involves approximately 10% travel to customer sites throughout the U.S. and operates on a 4x10 hour day schedule with 3 days off per week.
At Lockheed Martin, we prioritize the well-being of our employees with flexible schedules, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package to support a healthy, fulfilling life both at and outside of work.
