About the Role
DTS is seeking a Business Analyst to serve as a key liaison for a direct client position in Lansing, MI. In this capacity, you will act as an IT system owner representing the agency, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. The role is pivotal in driving strategic planning and impact analysis for complex state government initiatives.
You will take a leading role in the Request for Proposals (RFP) lifecycle, from drafting procurement narratives to estimating costs and establishing action plans. As a central figure in the project ecosystem, you will collaborate with business subject matter experts to develop comprehensive test strategies and plans. Your work will directly support the strategic goals of the DTMB and MDOC, requiring you to analyze current business methods, identify problems, and implement effective solutions that improve agency operations.
