As a Business Analyst - Billing, you will serve as a strategic partner within the Customer Success organization, reporting to the Director. This role exists to analyze billing and payment operations, driving process and technology improvements that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and financial outcomes. You will act as the voice of stakeholders, translating business needs into clear requirements and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Service, Product, Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams to support solution delivery.
In this position, you will work a hybrid schedule from our local office (2 days in office, 3 days remotely), applying sound judgment to solve complex problems while potentially mentoring junior team members. The role involves evaluating data trends and performance metrics to identify risks, developing process maps and functional requirements, and participating in testing strategies and production releases.

MBA degree. Experience in a corporate billing function. 9 years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Product, or Project Management. Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
