About the Role
Genesis Consulting is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a public sector client in driving large-scale rural healthcare transformation initiatives. This role is critical for bridging the gap between program leadership, healthcare partners, vendors, and state agencies, ensuring the successful execution of grant-funded projects aligned with federal and state requirements.
You will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating the implementation of complex rural health programs. Your day-to-day involves analyzing operational workflows, coordinating multi-stakeholder efforts, and monitoring program performance to identify improvement opportunities and mitigate risks. The position requires a deep understanding of grants management, CMS/Medicaid funding structures, and the unique challenges of rural healthcare delivery.
Work Environment
This is a full-time, remote position with occasional travel required to support on-site collaboration with state agencies and healthcare partners. The role operates within a fast-paced environment where managing multiple priorities and adhering to strict State of Delaware standards and timelines is essential.
