About the Role
V-Soft Consulting is seeking a Service Desk Integration Liaison to serve as the primary bridge between our premier client in Atlanta and their district technology implementations. In this onsite capacity, you will act as the designated representative for all major process changes and system deployments within a K–12 or public sector environment.
Your mission is to ensure seamless operational readiness by identifying support risks, gaps, and dependencies before systems go live. You will collaborate closely with the Knowledge & Ticket Systems Lead, instructional departments, and administrative teams to translate technical changes into actionable workflows. This role is critical for defining how the Service Desk supports new systems, managing escalation paths, and serving as the key point of contact during early stabilization periods.
