This position is central to the design and build of SitusAMC's internal software applications. You will serve as a critical bridge between business needs and technical execution, working closely with Product Owners and Senior Business Analysts to deliver innovative features for our customers and advance our product roadmap.
As a Business Analyst embedded within agile teams, you will take an active role in the full lifecycle of feature development. Your day-to-day involves creating and maintaining user stories, clarifying requirements for development teams, and supporting QA efforts to ensure the successful completion of each sprint. You will drive customer discovery to deeply understand user workflows and use cases, acting as the voice of the customer to ensure our technology meaningfully improves how our clients do their jobs.

Education: Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or related field or equivalent experience.
