About the Role
Reporting directly to IT leadership, this position serves as the strategic anchor for the organization's Business Analysis (BA) practice and Quality Assurance (QA) framework. The role exists to define, structure, and evolve robust yet pragmatic ways of working that remain deeply connected to the realities of project delivery.
You will act as a strategic right-hand partner to leadership, stepping in to guide complex, sensitive, or high-risk initiatives. Rather than performing day-to-day analysis, you will focus on maturing the BA practice, standardizing methodologies, and ensuring the quality and traceability of business requirements. Your mandate involves coaching a team of analysts, establishing effective test strategies, and reducing rework to secure production releases. This is a leadership role designed for someone who can foster a positive, engaging environment while navigating ambiguity and driving adoption of new standards across a fast-changing IT landscape.

Requirements
