Advance your career as a Business Analyst on a high-performing Agile team supporting the modernization of mission-critical supervisory systems for a federal agency. This role exists to drive meaningful change in a mission-driven environment by delivering secure, user-centric digital solutions.
You will take ownership of requirements analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams—including product owners, developers, and UX/UI specialists—to translate complex needs into actionable user stories and process flows. Whether leading backlog refinement, facilitating requirements workshops, or ensuring compliance with federal standards like Section 508, you will be instrumental in optimizing business processes and validating delivered solutions.
This position is based in our Lafayette, Louisiana or Knoxville, Tennessee offices, with a hybrid working model available.
