About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery and ongoing optimization of key strategic growth initiatives within our new business and underwriting domains. This role exists to bridge the gap between complex business objectives and technical execution, ensuring that our platform enables technology and business goals seamlessly.

In this position, you will partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable technical stories and drive innovation across the organization. You will be the central point of contact for vendor relationships, influencing roadmaps to support strategic initiatives while coordinating with teams across locations to develop robust IT project release plans. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining agile practices, managing multiple workstreams, and ensuring a seamless communication experience for our customers.

Requirements
