As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for our applications while maintaining and improving the reliability of our existing systems. You will work alongside Wolters Kluwer Product Teams to successfully implement learnings through continuous improvements and collaborate closely with application development teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
In this role, you will mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. You will drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code automation across Service Operations and Delivery, guiding the transformation toward container and serverless compute architectures. Your day-to-day involves applying SRE principles to ensure resilience, managing capacity planning, and leading incident management. You will also explore new technologies, conduct pilots, and provide input into architecture and engineering standards to modernize existing applications.
