About the Role

Advance your career as a Business Analyst on a high-performing Agile team supporting the modernization of mission-critical supervisory systems for a federal agency. This role exists to drive meaningful change in a mission-driven environment by taking ownership of requirements analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.\n You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product owners, developers, and UX/UI specialists—to deliver secure, user-centric digital solutions. Your day-to-day involves translating complex business needs into actionable user stories and process flows, leading Agile ceremonies, and facilitating workshops to gather user feedback. You will ensure that all solutions comply with federal standards, including Section 508 accessibility and security requirements, while supporting change management and training efforts. This position is based in our Lafayette, Louisiana or Knoxville, Tennessee offices, with a hybrid working model available.
