About Burn Boot Camp

We are looking for Burn Ambassadors (Front Desk/Sales Associates) who serve as the heartbeat of this mission, creating a welcoming, high-energy environment where every member feels seen, supported, and inspired to reach their goals.
About the Role
As a Burn Ambassador, you are the first face our members and guests see and the voice that keeps them connected. You will help grow the community by delivering an exceptional front desk experience, leading with enthusiasm, and supporting the sales and operations team in all aspects of the business. Your day will involve building strong relationships with members and prospects, executing client follow-up through our CRM systems, and capturing authentic content for social media and community engagement. You will also manage retail and nutrition sales while assisting with gym cleanliness and the "Blue Carpet Experience" by collaborating with trainers and leadership.

- Alexandria – 648 S. Pickett St, Alexandria, VA
- West Springfield – 6228 Rolling Rd, West Springfield, VA
