About the Role

This position serves as a strategic partner to faculty, administrators, and campus stakeholders, dedicated to identifying customer needs and driving the adoption of innovative digital, print, and service solutions. The role exists to improve learner outcomes, expand affordability, and support institutional success by leveraging data-driven selling and consultative techniques. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, building trusted relationships with educators and decision-makers to accelerate the adoption of subscription-based and Inclusive Access solutions.

As a primarily remote inside sales professional, you will engage customers through virtual meetings, phone, and email, delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations. Success in this role involves collaborating closely with Account Executives, Customer Success teams, and campus bookstores to maximize sell-through and implementation success across assigned accounts.
