About the Role
As a Burn Ambassador, you are the first face our members and guests see and the voice that keeps them connected. This role is about more than just front desk duties; you will help grow our community by delivering an exceptional client experience before, during, and after every camp. You will lead with enthusiasm, support the sales and operations teams, and ensure the "Blue Carpet Experience" is delivered through collaboration with trainers, childwatch, and leadership.

We are currently hiring across multiple locations in the DMV area:
- Arlington – 315 N. Glebe Rd, Arlington, VA
- Alexandria – 648 S. Pickett St, Alexandria, VA
- West Springfield – 6228 Rolling Rd, West Springfield, VA
- Manassas – 9231 Sudley Rd, Manassas, VA
- Edgewater – Opening January 2026
