About the Role
Shift Leaders are the backbone of our restaurant operations, trained to perform all duties of Team Members while stepping up to direct daily operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. This role exists to ensure seamless service, uphold company standards, and foster a positive environment for both guests and team members.
In this position, you will set the tone for every shift by demonstrating excellence in restaurant operations, from product preparation and delivery to customer relations and team management. You will be responsible for coaching and providing feedback to your team, ensuring they deliver outstanding service and satisfied guests. As a leader, you will utilize GPS Hospitality Systems to run the restaurant efficiently, enforce cash policies, and solve problems as they arise, all while adhering to GPS values, traits, and behaviors.
