About the Role

Shift Leaders are the backbone of our restaurant operations, trained to perform all duties of Team Members while stepping up to direct daily operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. This role is critical for maintaining our standards in product preparation, customer relations, and team management, ensuring a seamless experience for every guest.

You will serve as a coach and leader, setting an example with your proficiency in GPS Hospitality Systems and restaurant operations. Your day involves supervising the team in accordance with our core values, providing constructive feedback, and solving problems in real-time to keep the restaurant running smoothly under pressure.
