We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our restaurant team. This role is designed for individuals trained to perform all duties of a Team Member while stepping up to direct daily operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. You will be the anchor of the shift, ensuring compliance with company standards across product preparation, customer relations, maintenance, and team management.
In this position, you will set the tone for the entire team by maintaining excellent proficiency in restaurant operations and serving as a role model for GPS values, traits, and behaviors. Your day will involve coaching and providing feedback to team members, ensuring outstanding service and guest satisfaction, and utilizing GPS Hospitality Systems to run a smooth shift every day. You will be expected to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and enforce cash policies, addressing any violations with professionalism and documentation.
