About the Role

As a Shift Leader, you will be the backbone of our restaurant team, trained to perform all duties of a Team Member while stepping up to direct daily operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. Your mission is to ensure compliance with company standards across every area of operation, from product preparation and delivery to customer relations and team management.

You will foster a passionate, fun, and positive work environment where a welcoming and supportive team thrives. In this role, you are expected to set the example by maintaining excellent proficiency in restaurant operations, utilizing GPS Hospitality Systems to run a great shift every day. Your day will involve coaching and providing feedback to the team, ensuring outstanding service and satisfied guests, and demonstrating strong problem-solving skills when challenges arise.
