GPS Hospitality is built on a foundation of amazing people. We are a passionate, fun, and positive organization dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for both our team members and our guests. Our mission is to operate restaurants that consistently meet our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
As a Restaurant General Manager (RGM), you will lead the operation of our restaurants, working alongside a dedicated team of managers to ensure success. This role is not about working alone; it is about driving performance both operationally and financially while fostering a culture of service obsession. You will be responsible for executing accurate projections and schedules, maintaining strict safety and cleanliness protocols, and developing the next generation of leaders through the training of Assistant Managers and Manager Trainees.
Your day will involve working all shifts—including breakfast, lunch, dinner, late night, and weekends—to stay connected with the pulse of the restaurant. You will serve as the face of the brand, frequently engaging with the public, local businesses, and community organizations to build strong public relations. Success in this role requires strong critical thinking skills to navigate high-volume environments, implement marketing promotions, and ensure compliance with all government regulations and company policies.
If you are ready to join a team that values growth and performance, we invite you to apply. Our process is designed to identify candidates who align with our values and possess the drive to lead. Please submit your application to be considered for an interview with our Human Resources team.
