GPS Hospitality is built on a foundation of amazing people. We are a passionate, fun, and positive organization dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for both our team members and our guests. Our mission is to operate restaurants that consistently meet our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
As a Restaurant General Manager (RGM), you will lead the operation of your restaurant with the overall responsibility for ensuring it meets GPS Hospitality standards. This role is not a solitary one; you will work closely with a dedicated team of managers to drive success. Your day-to-day involves working all shifts—including breakfast, lunch, dinner, late night, and weekends—to stay connected with the pulse of the business.
You will be the face of the restaurant, developing and improving public relations through frequent contact with the public, local businesses, and community organizations. Success in this role is measured by your ability to hit sales and profit budgets, execute accurate projections and schedules, and maintain a safe, clean environment. You will also be responsible for hiring and training service-obsessed crew and shift leaders, while developing the capabilities of Assistant Managers and Manager Trainees to foster growth within the team.
If you are ready to join a team that values service and growth, we invite you to apply. Our process is designed to find the right fit for our culture and operational needs. Please note that all applicants must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
