About the Role
The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) leads the operation of our restaurants, working alongside a dedicated team of managers to ensure every guest receives outstanding service. This role is not about working alone; it is about fostering a supportive environment where you can hire, train, and coach service-obsessed crew and shift leaders. You will be the driving force behind accurate projections, tight controls, and a safe, clean working environment.
In this position, you will work all shifts, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, late night, and weekends, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly around the clock. Your day will involve frequent contact with the public and community organizations to build strong public relations, while also demonstrating strong critical thinking skills to solve operational challenges. You will have the opportunity to develop Assistant Managers and Manager Trainees, providing them with the management skills and technical knowledge needed for growth.
