About the Team
We are looking for Restaurant General Managers (RGM) to join our team. Our restaurants are staffed with amazing people, and we are looking for more. The RGM leads the operation of the restaurants and has the overall responsibility for making sure the restaurant meets GPS Hospitality standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. The RGM does not do this alone, as they work with a dedicated team of managers to drive success.
About the Role
This role is designed for a leader who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. As an RGM, you will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring that every guest receives outstanding service and leaves satisfied. You will work all shifts, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, late night, and weekends, to maintain operational excellence.
Your day will involve executing accurate projections and schedules, managing cash and inventory controls, and implementing marketing promotions. Beyond the numbers, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and coaching a service-obsessed crew and shift leaders. You will also serve as a community ambassador, maintaining frequent contact with the public, local businesses, and community organizations to develop and improve the restaurant's public relations.

Requirements
