About the Role
The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) leads the operation of the restaurant, working closely with a team of managers to ensure we meet GPS Hospitality standards. This role is not about working alone; it is about driving performance both operationally and financially while fostering a culture of service obsession.
In this position, you will be the face of the restaurant, maintaining frequent contact with the public, local businesses, and community organizations to build strong public relations. You will work all shifts, including weekends, to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly from breakfast through late night. Your day will involve executing accurate projections, managing schedules, and implementing strict controls over cash and inventory to hit sales and profit budgets every period.
