As a Restaurant General Manager (RGM), you will lead the operation of our restaurants with the overall responsibility of ensuring they meet GPS Hospitality standards. You will not work in isolation; instead, you will partner with a dedicated team of managers to drive success. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in high-volume settings and are committed to service excellence.
In this position, you will be the face of the restaurant, managing everything from financial performance and safety protocols to community relations. You will work all shifts, including weekends, to stay connected with the pulse of the operation. Your day-to-day involves hiring and training service-obsessed crew, implementing strict accounting controls, and utilizing our proprietary systems to create accurate projections and schedules. Beyond the restaurant walls, you will frequently engage with the public and community organizations to enhance our brand's reputation.
