GPS Hospitality is built on a foundation of amazing people. We are a passionate, fun, and positive organization dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our team members. Our mission is to deliver high-quality food and service while fostering a culture where growth and recognition thrive.
As a Restaurant General Manager (RGM), you will lead the operation of our restaurants, ensuring they meet our rigorous standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. This role is not a solo endeavor; you will work closely with a dedicated team of managers to drive success. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant, balancing operational excellence with financial goals through a strong, performance-based bonus program.
In this position, you will serve as the face of the restaurant, developing and improving public relations through frequent contact with the community, business partners, and the public. You will be deeply involved in the day-to-day rhythm of the restaurant, working all shifts—including breakfast, lunch, dinner, late night, and weekends—to ensure consistent execution. Your leadership will focus on hiring and training service-obsessed crew and shift leaders, while also developing the capabilities of Assistant Managers and Manager Trainees to build a pipeline of future talent.
If you are ready to join a team that values your growth and contributions, please apply with your resume. Our process is designed to find the right fit for our culture and operational needs.
