We are looking for Restaurant Assistant Managers (RAM) to join a team staffed with amazing people. Our restaurants are built on a foundation of dedicated individuals committed to delivering great and friendly guest experiences while driving top-line sales.

About the Role

The RAM supports the Restaurant General Manager in developing a team of dedicated people. This role is about learning, managing, and teaching restaurant systems effectively to achieve goals, develop talent, and provide excellent service. You will be responsible for ensuring your team provides outstanding service, training and coaching staff, and utilizing GPS Hospitality Systems to run a great restaurant every shift.

In this position, you will implement restaurant controls, set and meet goals for service, operations, and financial results, and maintain a clean and safe working environment. You will work all shifts as required, set an example of operational proficiency, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills while adhering to all government regulations and employment laws. The role includes a performance-based bonus tied to both operational and financial success.
