About the Role
As a Restaurant Assistant Manager (RAM), you will be the vital partner to the Restaurant General Manager in developing a dedicated team and driving success. This role exists to ensure every shift runs smoothly, from training and coaching staff to managing restaurant systems and controls. You will be responsible for setting and meeting goals related to service, operations, and financial results, all while maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.
In this position, you will learn, manage, and teach restaurant systems to achieve our standards. You will set an example by maintaining a high level of proficiency in restaurant operations, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, and providing continuous feedback to your team. Your performance will directly impact your bonus, which is tied to both operational and financial outcomes.
