As a Restaurant Assistant Manager (RAM), you will join a group dedicated to developing a team of dedicated people who deliver great, friendly guest experiences while driving top-line sales.
About the Role
The RAM supports the Restaurant General Manager in achieving operational and financial goals by learning, managing, and teaching restaurant systems effectively. You will be the backbone of the shift, ensuring outstanding service and satisfied guests while training and coaching your team. Your day involves utilizing GPS Hospitality Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, implementing controls for cash and inventory, and setting the example with a high level of proficiency in restaurant operations. You will work all shifts as required, maintaining a clean and safe working environment while meeting all operational standards, including speed of service, food safety, and cleanliness.
