About the Role
As a Restaurant Assistant Manager (RAM), you will support the Restaurant General Manager in developing a team of dedicated individuals. Your focus is on learning, managing, and teaching restaurant systems to achieve operational and financial goals. You will set an example by maintaining excellent proficiency in restaurant operations, ensuring your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests. This role involves training and coaching the team, implementing controls for cash and inventory, and meeting all operational standards regarding speed of service, food safety, and cleanliness. You will work all shifts as required, demonstrating problem-solving skills and maintaining a clean, safe working environment.
