The Restaurant Assistant Manager (RAM) supports the Restaurant General Manager in developing a team of dedicated people while driving top-line sales. This role is about learning, managing, and teaching restaurant systems effectively to achieve goals, develop talent, and provide excellent service. You will partner with the team to ensure outstanding service, train and coach staff, and set an example by maintaining a high level of proficiency in restaurant operations.
As a RAM, you will work all shifts as required by the business, utilizing GPS Hospitality Systems to run a great restaurant every day. You will be responsible for implementing controls, meeting operational standards for speed of service and food safety, and taking action to improve financial results. Your performance will directly impact your bonus, which is tied to both operational and financial outcomes.
If you are authorized to work in the US, have a valid driver's license, and possess 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting, we invite you to apply. Please note that ServSafe certification is preferred.
