We are looking for Restaurant Assistant Managers (RAM) to join a team staffed with amazing people. About the Role
The RAM supports the Restaurant General Manager in developing the team and achieving operational and financial goals. This role involves learning, managing, and teaching restaurant systems effectively to ensure outstanding service and satisfied guests. You will train and coach the team, implement controls for cash and inventory, and set goals for service, operations, and financial results. The RAM is expected to maintain a clean and safe working environment, meet all operational standards including food safety and speed of service, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. This position includes a performance-based bonus tied to both operational and financial success.
